1793 Chain Cent Double Die Variety

I cannot discern who's handwriting this is. Set aside after Cliff (Bolling?) recorded the info contained in the attached image. This has the obverse double die with the high 9 and the reverse with the mis/re-punched 0.

140 total with this reverse. Three different obverses. That means this particular coin has a mintage of less than 140. so...even if the other two obv pairsing are unique, this coin would have a mintage of only 138. I don't know how many of the Obverse die exist or if they are only paired with this reverse. If that is the case there are even far less than 140 of the obverse die.
