1793 half cent punch test blank

The definition of "One of a Kind"
All of the letters, numbers, leaves, berries, and beaded border for the 1793 half cent were first engraved into punches that were then used to hand punch the working coining dies.
These punches were tested on this copper blank with just enough cohesion to almost resemble the half cent. 
 
We thought it was a neat piece that might be of interest to some diehards.
